Make a Call (while in the U.S. or Canada):

Dial 1-800-722-1003. Listen for Prompt
(For Operator assistance or from
a rotary phone, wait on the line).
2) Dial card number + 4-digit PIN.
3)
Dial area code + phone number you are calling. For international
calls
dial 011+Country Code+City Code+Phone Number.
Multi-Number Calling:
1) After completing call,
don't hang up.
2) Hold "#" button for 2 full seconds and wait for the
prompt.
3) Dial area code + phone number you are calling.
Program Speed Dial:
1) Dial 1-800-722-1003. Wait
for chime.
2) Dial card number + 4-digit PIN. Wait for double tone.
3)
Press "1#" the "0" and follow voice prompts.
4) Press "*" when finished.
Use Speed Dial:
1) Dial
1-800-722-1003. Wait for chime
2) Dial card number + 4-digit PIN. Wait for
double tone.
3) Press "1#" and the speed dial number (1-9).
Make a Call (while outside the U.S. or Canada):
1)
Dial the access number
for the country from which you are calling.
Wait for chime.
2) Enter
"1004".
3) Dial card number + 4-digit PIN. Wait for double tone.
4) To
call the U.S. or Canada, dial area code + phone number.
5) To call an
international number, dial "011" + country code + city
code + phone
number.
