Mr. Rinker, a certified public accountant and attorney, joined the Company (originally with Bridgecom) as Chief Financial Officer in January 2001 following seven years of experience serving in similar positions with both privately held and publicly traded corporations including The Intellisource Group, a Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. partnership company (NYSE:SFE). Mr. Rinker also possesses nearly a decade of cumulative experience with predecessors of the Big Four accounting firms of Deloitte & Touche LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, serving in senior managerial positions in the tax and consulting areas. Mr. Rinker also serves as the Secretary and Treasurer of Broadview. He has an accounting degree, with honors, from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a J.D. degree from Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law.
