'Must-Listen' Business Podcasts

These aren't 'Must-See', they're 'Must Listen'! Podcasts – or digital radio shows - are quickly becoming one of the best ways for people to share and learn about new ideas. Just like with books or television, podcasts can encompass any number of interesting topics, but because they’re so easy to produce, there are a lot to wade through in order to find some that pertain to you. Luckily for entrepreneurs, though, marketing and business are big categories, so as a listener, there’s a lot of high-quality content that can be gleaned from business podcasts. If you want to get into some new entrepreneurial shows, here are a few to subscribe to.

Business podcasts

For the budding entrepreneur: John Lee Dumas’ Entrepreneur on Fire
When you’re an up-and-coming entrepreneur, you need all the insight and perspective you can get. That’s why this podcast, which airs a new episode every day, is just the one for you. On every airing, a different business owner tells his or her story of success (or failure) in order to help you come up with your own ideas. The host of this radio show is well-known for his success in helping thousands of entrepreneurs who were struggling with their own businesses.

For the sales-minded: Social Triggers Insider
A business can’t be successful without the sales, and sometimes, you just need a look inside the minds of your customers. The host of this show, Derek Halpern, offers business and marketing advice that can increase your clientele. Derek is renowned for his straightforward advice that has, time and time again, been proven to show results.

For the not-so-tech-savvy: Online Marketing Made Easy
Its name tells you all you need to know about this podcast, hosted by Amy Porterfield. Knowing how to generate quality online content and make it work for you is becoming increasingly important in today’s business landscape, and it’s a good place to start if you’re looking to build out an online marketing strategy.

For the struggling business owner: Help! My Business Sucks!
Getting a business off the ground is difficult, but you’re not going to give up as soon as the going gets rough, are you? Andrew Lock uses humor in this podcast to lighten the mood and offer advice. In some episodes, he’ll give you examples of other business’ mistakes so you can learn from them, and in others, he’ll showcase products such as business software and phone systems that can help improve efficiency.

For the non-traditional businessperson: Creative Living with Jamie
In this business podcast, Jamie Ridler provides examples of ways to get creative not just within your business, but in your life. Growing on a personal level – especially in nontraditional ways – will help your business grow, too, and it’s a good opportunity to learn from others views.
