Announcing the Release of MyOfficeSuite™ 2.0: Company-Wide Chat, Mobile Apps and Other Enhancements Now Available

Broadview just released an even more enhanced version of the MyOfficeSuite™ portal this week. The launch of MyOfficeSuite™ 2.0 includes advanced technology and features to further improve company-wide communications, visibility, control and mobile usage of the award-winning customer portal.

Company-wide Chat
Company-wide chat is now available for all users of the MyOfficeSuite™ portal. Further enhancing the interconnectivity of our online presence feature where users could view the availability of their coworkers, live chatting, instant-message style across companies has now also been enabled. Chatting live offers users the convenient ability to streamline communications and get instant answers to questions from team members without having to pick up the phone or wait for an email reply. Mobile App
The new MyOfficeSuite™ mobile app is now available for IPhone® and Android™ users to download, making important changes on-the-go that much easier. The mobile app provides access to the MyOfficeSuite™ portal in a fully responsive mobile design. App users can make changes to their own preferences and profile, click-to-call contacts, listen to voicemail, chat with coworkers, and much more in real-time right from their smartphones.

Google® Chrome Extension
With the new OfficeSuite® extension, now available in the Chrome Store, employees can click any phone number on any website to launch a call to any device, including smartphones, tablets, desk phones and PC softphones.

Custom Music on Hold
Administrators of the MyOfficeSuite™ portal can now choose from a selection of royalty-free music or upload their own music and personalized greetings to play while callers are on hold. This allows businesses to further brand their company and advertise their specials or promotions for free to callers.

Order Status Panel
Administrators can now gain complete visibility into their company’s purchases. With the new Order Status Panel, administrators of the system are able to manage and track the status of their online orders in real-time.
