Broadview’s Sales Leaders Are 2016 Women in Sales Awards Finalists
We'd like to congratulate Broadview’s sales leaders Sharma Montgomery, Director of Total Solution Sales, and Julie Hartnett Russell and Tina Brown, Senior Total Solutions Managers, for being selected as finalists in the 2016 Women in Sales Award (WISA). The WISA awards, presented by Zars Media, recognize the most exemplary women in sales/revenue generating roles across eight business sectors.

Ms. Montgomery’s team improved overall revenue growth and has one of the highest retention metrics in the company. In addition, Ms. Montgomery was hand selected to lead a Six Sigma initiative to streamline Broadview service installation process.

Julie (Hartnett) Russell, Senior Total Solutions Managers - Best Woman in Technology Sales
For the past seven years, Julie Hartnett Russell has sold Broadview’s award-winning technology to her expanding base of customers. Her grasp of the unique cloud-based technology Broadview offers, coupled with her strong interpersonal skills has led her to be one of the top performing sales representatives since 2014. Ms. Russell is always available to her customers and consistently cultivates strong business relationships.

Tina Brown, Senior Total Solutions Managers - Best Woman in Technology Sales
Tina Brown has exceeded the Company’s benchmarks for customer retention, issue resolution and new revenue generation for the past five years. Ms. Brown’s outstanding performance has had a tremendous impact, not only sales targets, but on the sales team she leads by example and her customers with whom she fosters long-lasting business relationships.
