RYE BROOK, NY —Broadview Networks®, a leader in cloud-based unified communications (UC) and information technology services, has been selected as a winner of the 2017 Channel Partners Choice Awards, and Donna Wenk, Broadview’s Senior Vice President of Agent Channel, has been selected as a winner of the 2017 Circle of Excellence Awards by Channel Partners magazine, a resource for indirect sales channels offering IT and telecom systems and services.
“Our team is excited we are recognized for our on-going commitment to not just meet, but exceed the requirements of our channel partners,” said Donna Wenk, Broadview’s Senior Vice President of Agent Channel. “We are honored to be their partner of choice, and we strive to continue enhancing our cloud-based UC solutions to meet today and tomorrow’s business and IT challenges. By providing dedicated support and the most advanced tools in the industry, such as the OfficeSuite Readiness Tool, our partners can meet the demands of every size customer in any industry.”
The 2017 Channel Partners Choice Award recognized Broadview on April 12 at the Spring 2017 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. Broadview was one of four winners for innovation in its channel partner program. Prime Telecommunications, a solution provider and Broadview channel partner increasing UCaaS sales since adding Broadview's OfficeSuite UC© offering to its portfolio, nominated Broadview for its OfficeSuite® Readiness Tool. The tool confirms that a site is ready for a hosted phone system by measuring all internal company networks and network access connections, over a seven-day period, to verify how well network-based services like VoIP can be supported.
“Since its launch one year ago the results we have seen from the OfficeSuite Readiness Tool have been game-changing," said Vic Levinson, Founder of Prime Telecommunications. “Combined with the excellent training and support provided by Broadview, we are able to offer our customers a successful installation of a Broadview hosted solution and give our customers a predictable, expected outcome of the cloud-based voice deployment.”
“This is the first year for Channel Partners Choice awards,” said Lorna Garey, Editor in Chief of Channel Partners. “We wanted to recognize top channel-focused suppliers, but we didn’t want to simply have a group of editors or analysts making selections. If we were going to add a new award, it had to be driven by the community. We think we achieved that. All Channel Partner Choice winners were nominated by current partners, with no incentive except recognizing excellence in channel programs.”
The Circle of Excellence is an elite group of channel chiefs and supplier executives chosen for their leadership, vision and innovation. They were honored during an awards ceremony on April 12 at the Spring 2017 Channel Partners Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, and will be featured throughout the rest of 2017 on a special Channel Partners Immersion Center.
"Circle of Excellence honor executives for their vision, innovation and advocacy of the indirect channel during a time of transition," said Art Wittmann, Content Director of Channel Partners. "This program recognizeds IT and telecom channel leaders who are helping their partners create business value for their customers."
